Beryl Pleasants is a certified image consultant with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and the Body Beautiful Institute. She conducts workshops internationally and has an active client base in the southeast. She has been featured in publication, TV and radio.

Fashion and image have always been Ms. Pleasants' passion beginning with making her first dress at age eight. This passion has been reinforced through study in clothing design at USC, psychology of line and design at UCLA and multiple classes in tailoring and related subjects.

When her daughter urged her to use her giftedness and passion as a career, she became certified by AICI and trained under Carla Mathis, one of the leading image consultant/trainers in the world, earning certification in all three levels with the Body Beautiful Institute. Beryl's sense of style is how she has become her own "brand". She will be the first to tell you that she has learned what works best for her and when she has to kick something to the curb as much as she would love to wear it. She uses this expertise to help clients find the style that works for them – that "signature style" or "brand".

She is a past board member of AICI and serves on the board of the Atlanta Symphony Associates.

Beryl is a contributor and consultant to blogs and books on style and body image. She has been featured in fashion blogs, radio, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Atlanta Live TV.

When Beryl is not working with clients, she enjoys yoga, outreach ministry with her husband, spending time with her dog, Versace, and practicing French. Parlez-vous francais?
